Users can write to us to delete any of your personal information, we may need to ensure that we might require this information and not to delete it. When e:Gen app Ltd. deletes any information related to the user’s personal details submitted by user himself or collected through third party authentication provider, then it will be deleted from our active database permanently, however, might remain in the archives in certain instances.
